Return & Refund Policy
Return eligibility, refund decisions, and the limits that apply to custom and made-to-order work.
Standard collection items
Threaded Comforts may review return or exchange requests for standard collection items when the request is made promptly and the item remains unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Approval is not automatic, and customers should contact support before sending anything back.
Custom and made-to-order items
Custom designs, personalized work, and made-to-order pieces are generally final sale unless an item arrives damaged or materially different from the approved request. Because these items are created around a specific customer brief, they are not ordinarily eligible for discretionary return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or does not match the order confirmation, contact support at [email protected] as soon as possible and include photos when available. This helps the studio review the issue and determine the most appropriate next step.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution after the refund is released.
Return instructions
Do not send an item back without written return instructions from Threaded Comforts. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
