How long does it take to receive an order?
Because Threaded Comforts works in a handmade rhythm, fulfillment timing can vary by release volume and item type. Standard ready-to-shop pieces generally move faster than custom requests, and the most current estimate should appear before checkout is completed.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Every effort is made to photograph color and texture clearly, but handcrafted variation, lighting, and screen settings can affect how a piece reads from one shopper to another. Small differences are part of the character of handmade work.
Can I request a custom color story or special design?
Yes. Use the Design Request page after signing in to share the item type, colors, fit notes, timing, budget, and reference images. The studio will review the request and reply through your account dashboard.
How do I care for my crochet piece?
Store the piece flat when possible, reshape gently by hand after wear, and use a careful washing approach that respects the final fiber content and structure. The care page provides the current general guidance, and item-specific details should be followed whenever provided.
