Store Policy
Custom Order & Made-to-Order Policy
How Threaded Comforts reviews, quotes, produces, and supports custom design requests and made-to-order pieces.
Design request review
Custom work begins with a design request submitted through the customer account area. The request should include the item type, color direction, sizing or fit notes, event timing, budget context, and any reference images that help communicate the vision.
Quoting and approval
Custom work is not accepted until Threaded Comforts confirms feasibility, timing, and pricing. A request may be declined if the concept, timeline, or scope is not a strong fit for the studio schedule.
Timing and revisions
Made-to-order timelines vary based on complexity and existing production volume. Revision limits, change fees, or adjusted delivery windows may apply once work has begun.
Returns
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created around a specific request, they are generally final sale except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged or materially different from the approved scope.
